Kitchenhood fire suppression system is installed to protect our cooking appliances and duckwork in commercial and industrial kitchens. Wet chemical is released through specific nozzles which are calculated and positioned as per specification. This chemical will react with the burning cooking oil to form a layer, this layer will cut off the air supply preventing the flames again.
